OLBC 20 Years Anniversary Competition

Orewa Longboard Club was established in 2003 by local surfers.

We have been running club competitions and social events each year. Some of our surfers have been successful at National level and with Surf New Zealand.

We celebrated 20 years of club by holding the OLBC 20 Years Anniversary Competition at Waipu Cove. This was open to all surfers from all clubs up and down the coast and New Zealand wide.
Club Night

First Wednesday of the Month at 7.30pm @ the Orewa Surf Club - so come along and talk surf or whatever with fellow members, get off your cold couch and head down to the club where hot air comes continually as the surf stories grow! There’s a bar, and you can grab a meal here as well.

A Club Beach Day is held on the 3rd Weekend of the Month with a roll over to the following weekend - please note that this timetable gives a general overview of the coming year. The dates are subject to change depending on surf conditions and other unavoidable events that may impact our forecasted dates.
